Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using SweetSync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. The service

SweetSync is an internal tool for authorized Pastriez staff, operated and maintained by the Pastriez development team. It provides features such as session tracking, staff communications, configuration, and related operational workflows. The service is provided on an as-is basis and may change, be limited, or be discontinued without prior notice when required for security, compliance, or operations.

3. Eligibility and access

Access is limited to individuals who authenticate successfully and hold a rank or role that our administrators have configured for workspace access. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke access at any time, including for policy violations, inactivity, or changes in group staffing.

4. Accounts and authentication

Sign-in may use Roblox or other providers we enable. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your session. You must not share credentials, attempt to bypass authentication, probe for vulnerabilities beyond good-faith coordinated disclosure, or use the service in any way that could harm other users, our systems, or third parties.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others, or upload content that is illegal, hateful, or malicious.
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with the service; reverse engineer except as permitted by law.
• Misrepresent your identity, rank, or affiliation.

6. User content and data

Information you submit or that is generated through your use of the service may be stored and processed as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.

7. Third parties

The service may integrate with Roblox and other vendors. Their terms and privacy practices also apply where you use those integrations. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) or the amounts you paid us specifically for the service in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Pastriez leadership designates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
