This policy applies to information processed through SweetSync and related authenticated APIs. Public pages (such as this policy, the Terms of Service, and the sign-in screen) do not require an account to view.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

• Account and identity data:Roblox user identifiers, display name or username, avatar references, group rank or role, and similar profile fields supplied by Roblox or your organization's records when you sign in.
• Operational and staff data: Session participation, timestamps, inactivity notices, leaderboard or statistics derived from approved workflows, internal notes where the product allows them, and configuration you or administrators save in the dashboard.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser characteristics, cookies or similar tokens used to maintain sessions and security, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and protect the service.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Authenticate users, enforce rank-based access rules, and secure accounts.
• Operate staff workflows such as scheduling, approvals, reporting, and communications features built into the product.
• Monitor reliability, detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations.
• Improve the service in line with legitimate operational interests and, where required, with your consent.

4. Legal bases (EEA, UK, and similar regions)

Where local law requires a "legal basis," we rely on performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (providing the staff tool), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, and internal administration balanced against your rights), compliance with legal obligations, and consent when consent is the appropriate basis for optional processing.

5. Sharing of information

We may share information with:

• Roblox and sign-in providers as necessary to complete OAuth or credential flows you initiate.
• Infrastructure and security vendors (for example, hosting, logging, or email) that process data on our instructions under contractual safeguards.
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by applicable law or a lawful request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by data category and operational need; some logs may be kept for shorter periods than historical staff records.

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service is completely secure; please use unique passwords where applicable and report suspected unauthorized access to administrators promptly.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We may need to verify your request and could be unable to fulfill requests that compromise the security or rights of others.

9. Children

Roblox accounts may belong to younger users. SweetSync is intended for authorized staff use as determined by Pastriez administration. If you believe we have collected information from a child in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, email data@pastriezbakery.com (delivered to the site maintainer at pastriez@kie.ac) so we can review and take appropriate action.

10. International transfers

Our servers and subprocessors may be located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through in-product notices or staff channels where appropriate.
